*Premade Programs vary greatly in style, duration, goals… basically everything! No one program will be same AND they are NOT designed based on an individual, therefore no initial questionnaire or Personal Coaching, just you the program and your determination! There will be variations of exercises when applicable-but it is up to you to workout responsibly, listen to your body and take any health conditions into consideration before starting a new program. These are built by me and will be released throughout the year with plenty of time to prep, so be sure to sign up for emails & newsletters to be the first to know!


The Process is Important

It’s a long game friends. Results DO NOT come overnight (wouldn’t that be nice though?) I always say “Take Pictures!” you do not need to share them, but being able to look back at where you began is a great tool! How mirrors in a gym help you check form, photos will show you muscle imbalances and help you visually track your progress. We all have those days where we wonder why we decided to lift heavy things & want to skip, or wonder “why is this worth it?” that’s when you go into the folder in photo album titled “MY BADASS TRANSFORMATION” and see how all your hard work, consistency & discipline paid off.
